Sourced from Marlborough’s Lower Wairau Valley, the grapes for this wine were picked in peak condition, before cool fermentation to retain freshness and elegance. The Falcon Sauvignon Blanc is made to showcase our Talon vineyard.

A limited release expression consisting of small parcels of fruit from Dillons Point in Marlborough. This Sauvignon Blanc is a rich and elegant wine, showing impressive weight and complexity.

The Wines

The Raptor Sauvignon Blanc 2023
The grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the evening and carefully fermented at low temperatures to retain the freshness of the fruit. A Generous and full, layered with crunchy greens, mango, passionfruit and pomegranate, this wine is also underpinned by salt and mineral notes with a concentrated long finish.

The Falcon Sauvignon Blanc 2023
A delicately textured wine with bright tropical flavours showing fullness of palate through to the finish. The bouquet is filled with lifted green apple blossom with fresh nettle and layered tropical notes.
