Plume Méthode Traditionnelle NV
Marlborough sparkling made the traditional way, with 30 months on lees.
A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from 20-year-old vines on Rapaura Road, made in the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle. Aged for at least 30 months before disgorging, it has the toasty, biscuity richness of a classic sparkling, lifted by fresh citrus. Made for celebrations, or for making an ordinary evening feel like one.
