Fresh, zesty Marlborough Sauvignon from our Talon block.
Grown mostly on the mature vines of our Talon block in Dillon's Point, an area known for outstanding Sauvignon Blanc. Pressed straight after harvest and cool fermented to lock in its fresh, lively aromatics. Crisp, dry and full of flavour, it's made for warm afternoons and long summer evenings.
Tasting notes
- Colour: Pale green.
- Nose: Fresh green gooseberry and herbs, with a distinctive flinty note.
- Palate: Rich and fresh, with passionfruit, blackcurrant bud and ripe tropical fruit, finishing long and mineral.
