A rich, elegant Pinot Noir from our Eyrie Vineyard.
Harvested from our Eyrie Vineyard in Marlborough's Southern Valleys at exactly the right moment, then aged on light lees in seasoned French oak for eight months. Deep garnet and silky smooth, it's rich and elegant with real perfume, and will happily sit in the cellar for five years or more.
Tasting notes
- Colour: Deep garnet.
- Nose: Dark berries and crushed thyme.
- Palate: Perfumed, with olive leaf and fresh ripe blueberries. A rich, smooth mid palate with a milk chocolate-like texture, leading to a long, toasty finish.
