The fruit was sourced from selected vineyard sites in Marlborough’s world renowned Wairau Valleys.

Vinification:
The grapes were harvested earlier than our other Nest wines, before the sugar levels became too high. This allowed the production of a wine lower in alcohol but rich in flavour.

Appearance: 
Pale green.

Bouquet:
Bright aromatics of gooseberry, capsicum and apple blossom leap from the glass.

Palate: 
A generous and fruit driven palate with crisp and refreshing ripe green characters. Tropical passionfruit flavours add a luscious contrast before a salty minerality cuts through the finish.

Cellaring: Enjoy now and over the next 2 to 3 years. If you read the back label you might be able to last 2 minutes before opening it.
