Picked earlier than our other Nest wines, before the sugar levels climb, to make a lighter Pinot Gris at 9.5% that's still full of flavour. Grown across the Wairau Valley and processed straight after a cool harvest to keep it fresh, it's crisp, juicy and lightly off-dry.

- Nose: Fresh nashi pear with delicate apple blossom and a hint of cinnamon.
