Picked earlier than our other Nest wines, before the sugar levels climb, to make a lighter Sauvignon Blanc at 9.5% that doesn't hold back on flavour. Grown across the Wairau Valley and processed straight after a cool harvest to keep it fresh, it's lifted, generous and easy to enjoy any time.
