Made from carefully chosen, naturally low cropping vineyards, fermented warm on skins, then softened in seasoned oak and aged on light lees for eight months. Round and full, with stewed plum, Christmas cake spice and a chocolatey texture, it's perfect for any occasion, not just Christmas.
