Vinification

The grapes were harvested earlier than our other Nest wines, before the sugar levels became too high. This allowed the production of a wine lower in alcohol but rich in flavour.

Bright aromatics of gooseberry, capsicum and apple blossom leap from the glass.

Palate

An intense and herbaceous palate with ripe green characters of currant and nettle. Tropical passionfruit flavours add a sweetened contrast before a salty minerality cuts through the finish.

Enjoy now and over the next 3 to 5 years. If you read the back label you might be able to last 2 minutes before opening it.
