Made entirely from Marlborough Pinot Noir, cool fermented in stainless steel with wild yeast, then given its fine, lively sparkle. Pale salmon pink, crisp and dry, with plenty of fresh strawberry, it's made for celebrating, whether that's a big occasion or just the end of the week.
